It is possible to change elements (Junction points, Rod, Force etc) by clicking on or editing them from the Edit menu.
When using the edit menu an element number will be requested.
It is also possible to change elements by selecting the tabs on the top of the screen from the Construction Data menu.
To change a junction point.
The following data may be changed:
* Coordinates
* Supports
* An added displacement
A junction point may also be removed. The junction point's number is displayed in red after clicking on the remove button. This indicates which nodal point is selected, after clicking on the OK button the point will be removed. If the CANCEL button is clicked on the operation is canceled. Removing a junction point is only possible if there are no bars connected to the junction point and there are no forces/or moments in effect on the junction point.
An added displacement may only be entered if there is a support present.
The following dat may be changed:
* Junction point Left or Right
* Fixed or Hinged left and or right
* Uniform load & (Un)equal load
* Profile
* Buckling length
A rod may also be removed. The rod number is displayed in red after clicking on the remove button. This indicates which rod is selected, after clicking on the OK button the rod will be removed. If the CANCEL button is clicked on the operation is cancelled. The removing of a rod is only possible if there are no forces at work on the rod.
The program automatically calculates the buckling length. If the buckling length is entered by hand (not equal to zero), then the program will calculate using the entered buckling length. Lxy applies to the bending parallel to the x-y plane. Lz applies to the bending perpendicular to the x-y plane.
To change a profile.
The following data can be changed:
* Profile type
* Rotation of the profile through 90 degrees
* Material type
A profile may also be removed. The profile number is displayed in red after clicking on the remove button. This indicates which profile is selected, after clicking on the OK button the profile will be removed. If the CANCEL button is clicked on the operation is cancelled. The removing of a profile is only possible if there are no rods present using the current profile.
The actual changing of profile data such as surface, Lx, Ly etc must take place in the existing profile file. If data is changed there, then the profile must be reselected. This is done from the above screen by reselecting the profile type. The same applies to the material data.
A force may be applied to a junction point or a bar. Depending on which a separate entering screen must be used,

The following data may be changed:

* Angle
* Distance to left junction point
